El tofu y la carne molida se saltean con una salsa sabrosa. Es una combinaci\u00f3n de\u00a0tofu\u00a0en\u00a0salsa picante normalmente clara, aceitosa y roja brillante, a menudo cubierto con carne picada.<br><br>El sabor de M\u0101b\u014dd\u014dfu se modific\u00f3 para adaptarse al paladar japon\u00e9s y no ser tan picante como la versi\u00f3n china de mapo tofu.
